IMT is a family-owned company in the heart of Hesse – and that’s for over 25 years now! Since the company was founded in Heuchelheim in 1998, IMT has developed over time from a small business to a highly specialized, medium-sized company: From the first design concepts as the construction of the first spindle "Dress V" to an extensive product range of advanced spindles technologies of today. One further milestone in our company’s history was reached in 2019 - our move to a new building in Giessen. Since then more than 70 employees contribute to the success of our company.
Our working environment is modern, ergonomic and highly innovative. All of our new office and assembly rooms have an open design and are equipped with the most modern communication and media technology. In our assembly department there are ergonomic and employee-related workplaces. Modern production machines in our manufacturing simplify the handling, reduce many work stages and accelerate the production time. As an internationally operating company, IMT has its locations in North America and China, as well as representatives in Japan, the Benelux countries, South Korea, Taiwan, Turkey and the Czech Republic. What we all have in common is our shared passion for innovative spindle technologies at the highest level – that is what connects us globally.
